Breakout Session 1–9:25 Revitalizing the Church Through Organizational structure
The church is the Body of Christ; each member has gifts and responsibilities. If the right hand does not know what the left is doing, confusion and frustration occurs. If each leader is disconnected from the others, church growth is stunted.
This session offers tools to enhance communications and cooperation between leaders and the teams they lead. This involves an understanding of spiritual gifts to edify the body, the passions of members, and the corporate vision of the church.
Breakout Session 2–10:20 Revitalizing the Church Through Discipleship and Mentoring
The mandate of the church is to go and make disciples, not just believers. This session offers tools for developing men who are called (women as well) and establishing Paul/Timothy (or Naomi/Ruth) relationships for believers not in leadership. Yoking believers together improves the depth of the lives of those yoked. These tools have produced pastors, deacons and elders in 6 churches as well as developing accountability partners for many in the laity.

Breakout Session 1–9:25 The Pastor’s Prayer Life
It has been said that, Prayer is the breath of the Christian life, for its absence indicates the beginning of death and is soon followed by coldness. Because of this,
No one can revitalize a church by their own power, it can only be done by the power of God. So every pastor must plug into that power in order to lead the church in revitalization. This class will give you some principles and encouragement to do so.
