Will Basham -Keynote Speaker
Will was born and raised in West Virginia. He married his high school sweetheart, Amanda, and they have five children. He holds a master's degree in theological studies from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He planted New Heights Church in 2012 and it has since grown to three locations as well as planted other new churches. Will also trains church planters and facilitates ministry multiplication in the mountain state.

​      Julio Crespo  - Hispanic Presenter
Julio Crespo es uno de los pastores en la Iglesia Bautista Central y Director del Programa de Residencia en Plantación de Iglesias con la RED 1:8, anteriormente ha servido como pastor de la Iglesia Bautista Buenas Nuevas y Glorious Grace Ministry en Lilburn, Georgia por diez años. Creció en Aguada, Puerto Rico y en 1992 se unió a la Fuerza Área donde aún sirve como Capellán Reserva en Tinker AFB, OK. Completó su licenciatura en Ingeniería Electrónica en la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico y posee una Maestría en Divinidad con énfasis en la Gran Comisión del Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. En la actualidad esta trabajando en su Doctorado en Ministerio en Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Está gozosamente casado con Jamilie y es padre de cuatro hijos: Jaziel, Ezequiel, Immanuel, y Odeily.

​Jordan Prihoda—College Ministry
Jordan graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2011 and received his doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Iowa in 2013. After graduating, he began working in Cedar Falls, IA as a full time physical therapist. Within the year he started an internship with Candeo Church as their youth director before moving into Candeo's college ministry, the Salt Company. Jordan eventually led and directed this ministry for two years, but has recently transitioned to the community side of Candeo Church as a ministry leader where he continues to have a strong passion and desire for college students to be impacted by the Gospel and sent out into the world as ambassadors for Christ.
